Ring Gear Toe Clearance Gauge

This tool is designed to check the clearance of gears going into a M-W 9" housing. Instead of the trial and error method of forming the proper gear toe profile to clear the pilot bearing housing area, this tool allows you to visually see and measure the clearance. It also eliminates the error-prone practice of grinding the case, which almost always results in the case cracking while in-service.
